Each member gets full access to every Kerna feature — Reply, Summarize, Translate, Compose, Extract, Rewrite — drawing from the shared pool.
The Team Dashboard
The team leader sees a real-time dashboard showing:
- Total tokens used vs. the pool limit
- Per-member breakdown — who consumed how many tokens, and on which features
- Usage trends — daily and weekly patterns to identify peak usage
- Seat management — add or remove team members instantly
This visibility means you can right-size your plan. If the team consistently uses only 60% of the pool, you know you are covered. If someone is burning through tokens, you can investigate and optimize.

How Token Sharing Works
Every action in Kerna consumes tokens — a summary might use 2,000 tokens, a translation 1,500, a simple reply 800. All team members draw from the same pool. When the pool resets at the start of each billing cycle, everyone starts fresh.
This is more efficient than individual plans because usage naturally balances. Not everyone sends the same number of emails every day. The shared pool absorbs peaks and valleys across the team.
