Not directly. Kerna works inside Gmail and Outlook. Extracted fields export to Google Sheets from Gmail or to Excel from Outlook, and in Outlook, Send to passes a checked form to Make, Zapier or Power Automate, where your automation takes it on.
Can site staff use it on a phone?
The Gmail add-on works in the Gmail mobile app on Android and iOS. Kerna for Outlook works in Outlook on the desktop and the web, not in the Outlook mobile apps.
Is it useful for a small contractor?
Yes. Starter is free for one mailbox, with no card.
Can the office and site teams share one mailbox?
